NTL provides an AI assistant platform that can connect to services you authorize — email, calendar, files, and messaging — to perform actions on your behalf. By using the service you agree to these terms.

• You are responsible for activity under your account and credentials.
• Organization administrators manage membership, roles, and workspace data for their tenant.
• You must be authorized to connect any third-party account you link.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.
• Attempt to access other tenants' data or circumvent security controls.
• Use connected integrations (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, messaging) in ways that violate those providers' terms.

Assistant actions that modify external systems may require your explicit approval before executing. You remain responsible for actions you approve.

Assistant responses are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify important information before acting on it. AI output does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NTL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including actions taken by the assistant with your approval.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination, tenant data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
