NTL — Last updated October 9, 2026
NTL is an AI assistant platform for principals, executives, and teams. To provide the service we store:
When you connect a Google account, NTL accesses only the scopes you authorize — for example reading Gmail messages, managing Calendar events, or accessing Drive files — solely to fulfil assistant requests you initiate.
NTL's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized AI models.
NTL does not use Google APIs or Google user data for any purpose involving AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), and such use is prohibited under our Terms of Service.
Organization administrators control tenant data. Data is processed on infrastructure you or your organization configures; it is never shared with third parties except the providers required to fulfil a request (for example, an LLM provider for a prompt you submit).
Integration tokens and cached content are retained while your account is active. You may disconnect an integration at any time from Settings, which revokes our access, or request full account deletion by contacting us. Audit records are retained per your organization's policy.
Credentials for connected services are encrypted at rest, access is authenticated per tenant, and all traffic is served over TLS. See your organization's administrator for deployment-specific controls.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Workspace administrators can export or remove tenant data on request.
